Discrimination and Harassment According to Protected Categories other than Intercourse – problem and research Procedures

Policy Statement

It’s the policy of Austin Peay State University that it will not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on competition, color, faith, cultural or origin that is national impairment, age (as applicable), status as a protected veteran, genetic information, and/or just about any legally protected course. Such discrimination and harassment are strictly forbidden by Austin Peay State University (APSU or University).

Discrimination

Discrimination might occur by:

  3. Any worker or pupil that has familiarity with discrimination or harassment on such basis as competition, color, faith, creed, cultural or nationwide beginning, impairment, age as relevant, status as being a protected veteran, hereditary information, and just about every other category protected by federal or state civil legal rights law associated with Austin Peay State University (APSU) against another worker or pupil so that you can report such offenses; and,
  4.
